Ingredients
- 300 g Pumpkin leaves, fine chopped
- 400 g Preferred meat, cooked and chopped
- 200 g Dried fish, cleaned and chopped
- 2 Chilli Pepper, chopped
- 1 Medium sized onion
- 1 Seasoning cube
- Salt to taste
- 1 c Meat stock from the cooked meat

Directions
- Season and boil the meat until it is soft
- Add the dried fish and cook until is is soft and has very little stock left, about a cup
- Drain out the stock and set aside
- Place a pot on heat and put the meat and dried fish without the stock
- Add the onions and pepper and stir for about a minute
- Add the chopped pumpkin leaves, stir and allow to steam for about a minute
- Add a cup of stock, seasoning cube and salt to tatse
- Stir again and let it steam till it's almost dry,
- Serve as desired
