Ingredients
- 1 medium size Yam tuber, cut into desired size
- 1/2 cup Crayfish, ground
- Pumpkin Leaves or spinach, as desired(optional)
- Chili Pepper, as desired
- 1 large onion bulb, chopped
- 1 cup Palm Oil
- 400g Dried or Smoked Fish
- 500g Beef or Chicken
- 2cups of Meat Stock
- 2 Seasoning cubes
- Salt to taste

Directions
- Peel the yam and wash properly
- Season the meat and cook till it soft
- Fry or grill the meat if necessary
- With the stock, cook the yam adding salt, palm oil,seasoning, pepper and crayfish
- Add the dried or smoked fish
- When the yam is soft,mash a couple to aid in thickening
- Taste for salt, add the vegetable and cook for another 5minutes
- Serve
